Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth.
• Lead annual sales budgeting process, and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals.
• Support development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed.
• Own development of new (and maintenance of existing) company-wide KPI dashboards supporting a data-driven, decision-making culture across all levels of the organization.
• Own regular and ad-hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation.
• Collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad-hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field.
• Five years post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or as Senior Financial Analyst working in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services industry.
• Experience with US GAAP and Salesforce.
• Valid CPA license.
