Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Helping customers arrange financing for their purchases
• Presenting additional products that enhance the vehicle and ownership experience
• Structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
• Ensuring all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Preparing paperwork, contracts, and delivering deals
• Accurately auditing team deals
• Ensuring the expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements

• A college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
