Leadership and Management Responsibilities
- Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates, disciplines, and terminates staff.
- Maintains compliance with policies and procedures, and supports finance training efforts for the organization.
- Oversees the work of assigned staff, including monitoring competencies, hiring, orientation, setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and resolving performance issues.
- Ensures consistent, efficient, and timely month-end reporting across medical group.
- Maintains oversight of financial reports for Central Administration departments.
- Provides guidance and recommendations to leadership on various financial matters, including new practices, transitioning practices, equipment purchases, service line additions, renovations, and strategic capital requests.
- Tracks and prioritizes proformas related to new practices, transitions, providers, equipment, service lines, locations, renovations, and other financial initiatives.
