Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tools and reporting solutions for company analysis.
- Maintain understanding of SAP, Power BI, and data environments.
- Leverage MS Copilot to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain financial and operational data models.
- Develop processes to ensure accurate performance measures.
- Partner with Regional and Corporate Leadership Teams.
- Define and enhance profitability metrics.
- Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Analyze data to support operational and financial decisions.
- Prepare financial reports and ad hoc analysis.
- Prepare and distribute performance dashboards.
- Support month-end processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support reporting aligned with accounting standards

Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in industrial distribution (electrical preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency building data models in Power BI or similar tools
- Demonstrates proficiency in extracting data from and researching transactions in SAP or similar ERP or data warehouse platforms
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
