Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the finance department
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals
• Oversee credit risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide financing options and assist customers in applying for loans
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform decision-making
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications and disbursements
• Work closely with legal and insurance departments to address any financial issues that may arise

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in automotive finance or related field
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CLU, or CHFC preferred
