Finance Manager
About the role
The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance and play a crucial role in underwriting data center developments and overseeing monthly asset management reporting. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of project finance, infrastructure investments, private equity relationships, REIT structures and capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models and presentation materials for assigned projects, as well as oversee ongoing reporting activities including variance analysis for recurring project returns updates.
- Own the creation of financial models to calculate return on investment, multiple on invested capital, and internal rate of return to assist the executives in making informed business decisions.
- Support the creation and delivery of executive presentation materials to convey key financial narratives as projects evolve.
- Oversee a team responsible for updating underwriting models each month and reporting on variance drivers.
- Support the business units with financial modeling to evaluate new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in private equity, investment banking, or project finance.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, including infrastructure and project finance models, with an ability to distill complex financial structures into digestible insights.
- Hands-on experience with levered free cash flow analysis and an ability to assess impacts on project-level returns.
- Familiarity with lease structures (MG+e, NNN) and their implications on financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with executive leadership, investors, and operational teams.

$128,260.00 - $146,017.59
