Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Monitor financial performance against KPIs and strategic goals, identifying risks and opportunities
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance
- Manage payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to drive cost control and profitability initiatives
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Analyze industry trends and competitive performance to inform business strategies
- Support executive leadership with board materials, presentations, and strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to drive scalability and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience developing financial models and supporting strategic business decisions
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
