Finance Manager
About the role
We're hiring a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager to be the operating backbone of our finance function. This is a generalist role in the truest sense — you'll own the day-to-day financial operations, build processes from scratch, work directly with our Finance Lead and executive leadership, and help scale a lean but high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Financial operations ownership: Take over and run all day-to-day finance operations — monthly close, billing, payroll, A/P, A/R, commissions, and cash management.
FP&A and reporting: Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Prepare investor, board, and management reporting with accuracy and clear financial narratives.
Accounting oversight: Support and eventually own accounting workflows in coordination with external accounting partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all healthcare financial reporting.
Process design & improvement: Evaluate current workflows in the first 30 days, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable process improvements within 90 days.
Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Strategy, Operations and Expansion teams on pricing, gross-margin optimization, unit economics and growth opportunities.
Strategic support: Serve as a core partner to the Finance Lead and Executive Leadership Team on capital allocation, growth decisions, and financial strategy.
Technology & tooling: Evaluate, implement, and champion finance tech — including AI-powered tools — to drive operational efficiency and better financial intelligence.
