Role And Responsibilities
- Perform 3-12 month business forecasts, including comprehensive forecasts of mobile devices' sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGSs, and overhead expenses, as well as business environment changes to provide better financial visibility to management.
- Participate in month-end closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring revenue/COGS recognition and expense allocation of various profit segments and cost centers.
- Prepare and provide various financial reports both regularly and as needed to management.
- Cook up monthly inter-company transaction activities and follow-up requests to maintain a proper level of margin for HQ.
- Support Division with non-trade inter-company transactions.
- Lead/supervise 1-2 junior level Finance professionals, typically without budget or hire/fire authority. Focus on coaching, coordination, and delegation of operational work responsibilities.
- Perform other finance or administrative support projects and tasks assigned by financial management (e.g., royalty calculation, litigation-related financial data supports, etc.).
- Present appropriate materials for Leadership decision-making through precise profit and loss simulations during uncertain economic conditions, such as fluctuating tariffs.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field and 5 – 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered.
- Strong business acumen; understanding commercial terms and potential impact and risk across business units.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work across departments to resolve urgent issues.
- Experience in business process review and analysis, including financial and operational analysis and audits.
- Proficient with Excel. SAP or other ERP system experience is plus.
