Orlando area company is looking for a Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, standard operating procedures, and processes to ensure controls are in place, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and earnings.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Manage the end-to-end monthly closing processes.
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork – build relationships across departments.
