Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Build financial models to analyze sales channels, promotions, margins, and growth.
• Monitor key drivers including sales performance, product launches, marketing ROI, and supply chain costs.
• Track profitability and margin performance to support operations and planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve spending, efficiency, and business performance.
• Promote financial accountability and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in consumer products (CPG).
• Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge; ERP and BI tools experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to diverse audiences.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong business judgment.
