Role Overview

The Strategic Finance Manager partners with executive leadership to deliver strategic insights, drive financial planning, and improve operational performance. This role involves leading the annual budget process, maintaining financial models, and providing analyses for executive decision-making and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional financial planning and reporting cycles
• Develop dashboards and communicate critical metrics
• Collaborate with teams on product launches, unit economics, and resource allocation
• Support capital market relationships and fundraising activities
• Create financial presentations and forecasts for leadership and stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc analyses and strategic projects with high executive exposure

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 4-6 years in investment banking or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience with financial systems like NetSuite and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to distill complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences
