Finance Manager

About the role

Do you have the experience and skills to lead the finance function at Reputation Rhino, a fast-growing company in the Online Reputation Management industry?

Responsibilities

• Your first 90 days will involve running billing, collections, payroll, and commissions, stabilizing the month-end close, and retiring manual spreadsheets.
• Own all accounts receivable and accounts payable end to end, including creating and sending monthly client invoices in QuickBooks and managing past-due accounts.
• Deliver a Projected P&L to the CEO and Head of Operations by the 5th of each month, and produce month-end reports to the CEO by the 17th of each month.
• Support profitability and pricing analysis with clean, reliable numbers, and identify process inefficiencies for automation and scalability improvements.
• Maintain the data that feeds weekly cash reporting and 13-week cash-flow forecasts, and develop and maintain finance SOPs.
• Work with the company CPA to ensure accurate financials and readiness for annual tax filing, and manage the annual health benefits renewal review.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance or accounting experience with at least 2 years owning the full finance function.
• Expert-level QuickBooks proficiency.
• Strong ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Self-directed with the ability to operate with full autonomy in a remote environment.
