Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions
- Present financing options and protection products with professionalism and transparency
- Maximize finance and insurance income while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing
- Maintain complete compliance with all federal, state, manufacturer, and lender regulations
- Ensure every deal is accurate, complete, and funded efficiently
- Present service contracts, GAP, vehicle protection products, Credit Life, and Accident & Health products
- Maintain expert knowledge of lender programs, leasing, balloon financing, and interest rate options
- Support and coach the sales team on finance processes and customer experience
- Deliver a seamless, world-class delivery experience for every customer
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of successful automotive F&I management experience
- Consistent history of strong production and product penetration
- Excellent closing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Reynolds, RouteOne, Dealertrack, and other dealership management systems preferred
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with outstanding CSI performance
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
