Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or equivalent role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Knowledge of GAAP and strong understanding of financial regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

Qualifications for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

The Finance Manager position is based out of our New Iberia, LA location.
