Finance Manager

Position Overview

Paisley Park is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial management and support organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Preparation and maintenance of financial reports and reconciliations
• Support of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Tracking and reconciliation of event and operational expenses
• Maintenance of financial records and internal controls
• Aid with payroll coordination and contractor payments
• Support audit preparation and work with external accounting partners
• Monitoring of revenue and expenses and providing financial insights to leadership
• Aid with vendor agreements and financial documentation as needed
• Support tax-related documentation and coordination with external tax advisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience
• Knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax partners
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
