Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Work with Sales Managers to ensure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Handle all rate quotations. Establish and meet monthly objectives.
- Instruct salespeople in the methods of selling finance.
Qualifications
- Experienced Automotive Business/F&I Manager, or 2+ years in a successful automotive sales position
- Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with legal and regulatory rules
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Desire to achieve and succeed Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to work with a team Proven track record in a previous Sales and/or Sales or F&I Management role
- Will work at desk in an office setting. Computer knowledge is necessary. May be required to leave the dealership occasionally to contact finance sources.
- Evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required
Pay
$190,000 -275,000.00 per year
