Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of the dealership including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop strategies that increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor finance department staff to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
