Finance Manager

Pay

$90-130k/year (Commission-Based)

Responsibilities

• Help customers arrange financing of their purchases and present additional products that enhance vehicle and ownership experience.
• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
• Maintain proficiency with title laws and registration process.
• Maintain required proficiency and certifications.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Accurately audit team deals.
• Post‑sale: ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing, or customer service/support encouraged.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
