We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and proactive Finance Manager to partner directly with our revenue leaders to unlock new growth opportunities and optimize performance across our Managed Services and New Business teams.
Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with brand revenue leadership and the broader finance team to deliver high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Own the end-to-end analysis and execution of sales incentive plans, including sourcing data, calculating payouts, and ensuring accurate seller statements.
- Design and implement scalable, automated systems and tools to streamline forecasting, compensation, and business analysis processes. Leverage financial systems and AI-based tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial workflows, models, and reporting systems. Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase impact through automation and optimization.
- Perform profitability and performance analysis by salesperson and brand to help steer decisions and investments.
- Analyze financial data to surface trends, operational risks, and areas for innovation in both planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Finance to evolve P&L processes and help scale the financial infrastructure that supports revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive financial, accounting, or analytical experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and automation platforms is a plus.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling.
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements across finance functions.
- Experience supporting revenue, sales, go-to-market, or other commercially oriented business functions is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities.
