Responsibilities
- Manage the F&I department, including sales contracts, warranties, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance products.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in making informed decisions about their vehicle purchases.
- Generate and manage F&I sales targets and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Proven experience as a Dealership Finance (F&I) Manager.
- Strong lender relationships and finance product expertise.
- Verifiable track record of performance and profitability.
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven.
- Digitally savvy with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and team-first mindset.
