Responsibilities
- Manage the F&I department, including sales contracts, warranties, and financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance products
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies
- Provide excellent customer service and close deals efficiently
- Track and report performance metrics to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old
- Proven experience as a Dealership Finance (F&I) Manager
- Strong lender relationships and finance product expertise
- Verifiable track record of performance and profitability
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
- Digitally savvy with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and team-first mindset
