About the role

Jerry Hunt Supercenter is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager who is passionate about helping customers, maximizing profitability, and delivering a transparent, compliant buying experience.

• Present financing and leasing options to customers
• Secure competitive lender approvals
• Structure financing that benefits both the customer and dealership
• Present and sell F&I products ethically and professionally
• Ensure all federal and state compliance requirements are met
• Accurately complete funding packages
• Work closely with Sales Managers and lenders
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the delivery process
• Maintain complete compliance with dealership policies and all federal, state, and lender regulations

Requirements

• 3+ years of automotive F&I experience
• Proven track record of strong product performance
• Experience with prime and subprime financing
• Excellent lender relationship skills
• Outstanding customer communication
• High ethical standards
• Strong compliance knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership
• Valid driver's license
