POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze operating performance across properties and portfolios, leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, expenses, occupancy, and NOI
- Perform detailed property- and portfolio-level performance analysis, evaluating operating drivers such as lease activity, expense trends, and operating margins to support informed business decisions
- Partner with operations, asset management, and portfolio teams to translate operational metrics into financial insights, helping identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost efficiency, and improved property performance
- Support the preparation and ongoing monitoring of operating forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical trends, operational drivers, and portfolio performance to improve forecast accuracy and visibility
- Aid in the preparation of quarterly financial materials and earnings support, including performance analysis, variance explanations, and data-driven insights
- Prepare clear analyses, presentations, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI or similar tools) that communicate key financial and operational insights, and present findings to finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytical workflows through automation, improved data integration, and AI-assisted analytical tools
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, financial model integrity, and analytical consistency to support reliable reporting and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, real estate finance, or a related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience analyzing financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Demonstrated ability to leverage automation, analytics tools, or AI-enabled platforms to improve financial processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Experience using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
