Finance Manager

About the role

The Handy Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to join our family-owned dealership. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, and possess an outgoing personality with a positive attitude. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while managing finance options and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options.
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs.
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure strong lender relationships.
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service.
• Review each customer’s credit application and prepare delivery documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Experience working in the finance industry or related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high customer satisfaction level.
• Self-motivated and high-energy personality.
• Strong attention to detail and works well in a process-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to sit for long periods and assist with lot duties such as snow removal.
