Finance Manager

About the role

Fun Town RV (FTRV), Texas’s largest RV chain with 36 locations and expanding, seeks a Finance Manager to serve as the critical link between customers and lending institutions. This role maximizes finance income, ensures compliance, and promotes ancillary products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and financial institutions to secure financing and present tailored options.
• Review and analyze customer credit applications for accuracy and eligibility, offering appropriate payment plans.
• Present and explain service contracts, GAP insurance, and other F&I products while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete all finance-related documentation accurately and ensure timely funding of deals.
• Track and report F&I performance metrics, including product penetration and income generation.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly finance income and product sales targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through professional and ethical interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in the RV or automotive industry (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving finance income goals.
• Proficient in financial software applications and dealership management systems.
• Strong computer skills; Excel and CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for consumer financing.
• Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Must pass MVR and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and reviewing documents or working on a computer.
• Frequent verbal communication with customers, lenders, and team members.
• Occasional travel to various dealership locations.
• Visual acuity to read contracts and fine print accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
