About the role

We’re looking for a highly analytical finance professional with strong revenue and billing experience. This hybrid role supports financial reporting, budgeting, scenario modeling, and ensures billing and revenue accuracy. The ideal candidate can translate financial details into clear insights for division leaders and partner cross-functionally across FP&A, Accounting, and Billing.

Responsibilities

• Build monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance explanations
• Support budgets, forecasts, and scenario modeling
• Validate billing accuracy and ensure proper revenue recognition
• Explain billed vs recognized revenue differences to business leaders
• Partner with division leads on performance, risks, and opportunities
• Improve financial processes, reporting, and systems

Requirements

• 4–8 years in FP&A and/or Accounting
• Strong financial modeling + Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling)
• Financial reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting experience
• Understanding of revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606 preferred)
• Experience reviewing billing and contract terms
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
• Master’s degree in finance or accounting

This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Pay

$100,000 - $140,000 annually. Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
