Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare financial and operational reports for executive management.
- Analyze pricing, direct costs and overhead expenses in comparison to annual budget.
- Manage the preparation of the Division’s budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare financial feasibility studies for both raw land and finished lot purchases.
- Work with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Train division employees on proper invoice coding and processing.
- Develop and implement procedures that impact budgets, costs and strategic goals.
- Cook up monthly financial/budget review meetings with other departments.
- Partner with finance and division leaders to increase overall division performance.
