Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will have direct responsibility for the partnership's tax books, including consultation with internal and external advisors. The FM will oversee cash management, capital calls, stock distributions, and cash reconciliations. This is a hands-on role. The FM must be comfortable interacting with and reporting to all stakeholders, including internal and external investors and departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management, capital calls, stock distributions, and cash reconciliations
• Consult with internal and external advisors on partnership tax matters
• Interact with and report to all stakeholders, including internal and external investors and departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
• CPA - Big 4 preferred
• 6-8 years in the financial services industry with a solid understanding of partnerships
• Tax knowledge
• Self-starter
• Team oriented
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines

Pay

The target base salary is between $130.0K to $140.0K plus a multi-tiered bonus structure.
