Finance Manager
Members of the Finance organization at select locations will generally follow a hybrid work model, which includes two days of in-office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.
Meet the Team
This position is in the Product Finance team and will work with Senior Product Leaders, other FP&A, Deal Desk, Operations, R&D, Pricing business partners, and Accounting teams.
Your Impact
- Build and maintain financial models to support Product P&Ls (including Bookings, Revenue, CSP spend, margin analysis, new product initiatives, partnership/deal assessments, Opex, Headcount) for business entities and management metrics.
- Interpret data, identify gaps, and provide long- and short-term recommendations.
- Dive into the business to understand growth drivers and accelerators.
- Work on New Product Initiatives P&L, launches, and post-launch assessments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for forecast submissions, variance analysis, and reporting dashboards.
- Analyze results, distill business performance indicators, assess risk, and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Understand and present spend types as a pivotal part of the role.
You should be a driver of results, proactive, deadline-conscious, and agile with a passion for learning and relationship-building. Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience with P&Ls and supporting large engineering teams is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, including managing P&Ls, R&D budgets, and revenue/cost modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong financial modeling experience.
- Ability to dive into details while also supporting senior executives.
- Strong systems skills (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).

- Pricing strategy experience.
- Master’s Degree in Business.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $133,800.00 to $175,400.00 for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by hiring location, market conditions, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and training. Below are the full salary ranges for specific locations:
- New York City Metro Area: $133,800.00 - $201,700.00
- Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $118,900.00 - $179,300.00
For quota-based sales roles, the ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.
