Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO to help lead finance department operations and KPI reporting.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic reporting processes.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and analytics using Microsoft Power BI.
- Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, costs, and customer performance trends.
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting activities.
- Strengthen financial controls, SOP documentation, audit support, and inventory valuation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred.
- CPA or CMA is a plus.
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI expertise.
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and month-end close experience.
