Finance Manager

Cassia, a nonprofit senior living organization, is hiring a Finance Manager to join our Home Office team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting and finance professional to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving older adults. You'll support the financial operations of multiple Cassia communities while working alongside a collaborative team and helping ensure accurate financial reporting. As our Finance Manager, you will oversee a variety of accounting and financial functions that support the day-to-day operations of Cassia. Your responsibilities will include managing financial transactions, preparing and reviewing financial reports, supporting audits and budgets, maintaining internal controls, and assisting with month-end and year-end accounting activities. To be successful, you must be detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position Wage Range: $70,000 - $85,000 / hour depending on experience Location: 7171 Ohms Lane, Edina, MN, 55439. This position is onsite at the Home Office in Edina.
