Finance Manager

About the role
We are seeking a versatile Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a multi-faceted role encompassing corporate financial management, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide the overarching financial insights and operational oversight needed to drive strategic decision-making and support business growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on, and comfortable managing both strategic and day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead corporate budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range planning processes across all departments.
- Develop and maintain robust corporate financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, business cases, and pricing structures.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate presentation of financial statements.
- Perform variance analysis, monitor operational KPIs, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, assisting with budget management and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with accounting and operational teams to streamline financial visibility, cash flow management, and internal reporting accuracy.
- Identify, design, and implement enhancements to financial planning, internal controls, and reporting workflows.
- Drive financial systems optimization, software integrations, and data automation initiatives to scale the finance function.
- Lead and support critical strategic projects, including organizational structural planning, system implementations, and capital allocation assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Management, FP&A, or public accounting.
- Strong understanding of core corporate finance concepts, financial statements, and budgeting frameworks.
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative business-partnering abilities.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working within the technology or SaaS industry.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA designation is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience navigating and optimizing mid-to-enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
