Finance Manager

About the role

Audi Escondido, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options and products for their vehicle.
• Process all deals accurately and properly to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Effective communication to educate and update the sales team on current finance and lease programs, and the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Accountability in understanding and complying with all regulations affecting new and used vehicle finance departments, processing finance and lease deals accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes, as well as company policies.
• Initiative in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with multiple finance and insurance sources, including manufacturers, to provide a wide range of competitive options for customers.

Pay

The expected pay for this position is $110,000 - $170,000 per year.
