About the Role
Arrow’s Global Supply Chain Services Business Unit is searching for a Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, ever-changing environment. This role will serve as the key Finance Business Partner with a customer-facing presence in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with executive management and business partners.
- Present to management regarding special projects and leadership activities based on analytical conclusions.
- Lead special projects related to new processes, issues, or changes in structure.
- Develop forward-looking forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly summaries of expenses (e.g., direct costs) with action-oriented commentary and analysis to higher authority.
- Oversee various aspects of the month-end close process, including proposing corrections for accounting, accrual entries, margin analysis, OPEX variance analysis, and related tasks.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for distribution to the business.
- Conduct proactive monthly reviews of costs; flag changes for forecast adjustments based on actual results.
- Provide support in analyzing revenue vs. forecast, detailing under- or over-performance.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships across the business to understand primary drivers, goals, and partner needs.
- Develop and report operating metrics to ensure financial performance, such as program profitability.
- Perform ad hoc reporting as needed.
- As allowed by applicable law, perform late-night, weekend, or holiday coverage for month, quarter, and year-end requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
- Ability to present complex analysis clearly and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong financial acumen and analytics skills, with proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal controls.
- Experience with systems such as Oracle, ERP Systems, and Business Objects.
- Solid background in P&L management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal coordination and report preparation.
- High attention to detail in preparing results and reports.
- Ability to multi-task, coordinate peers, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and advanced Excel (Microsoft Office).
Schedule
Hybrid work arrangement: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in-office at the Panorama site; Monday and Friday remote.

Pay
Annual hiring range: $102,900.00 - $143,000.00. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
