Arrow’s Global Supply Chain Services Business Unit is searching for a candidate that thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure, ever-changing environment.

About the role

The Finance Manager will perform various functions, including carrying out financial planning and variance analysis, ROWC calculations, margin analysis, monthly forecasting, month-end close, detailed program-specific operational and financial processes development, and coordination between various departments for effective rollout and implementation of new programs. In addition, this role will serve as the key Finance Business Partner and have a customer-facing role in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with executive management and business partners.
  • Present to management regarding special projects and leadership activities, which rely on analytical conclusions.
  • Lead special projects related to new processes, issues, or changes in structure.
  • Develop forward-looking forecasts and budgets.
  • Prepare and present accurate monthly summaries of expenses such as direct costs with concise action-oriented commentary and analysis to designated higher authority.
  • Handle various aspects of the month-end close process, including proposing corrections for accounting during month-end close, accrual entries, margin analysis, opex variance analysis, and entries.
  • Prepare monthly reports on financials to be distributed to the business.
  • Undertake a monthly proactive review of costs; flag early any changes to be inputted into the forecast based on actual results.
  • Provide support/assistance in performing monthly analysis of revenue vs forecast, with details of under- or over-performance.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships across the business to understand primary drivers, goals, and the needs of partners and internal customers.
  • Develop and perform reporting of operating metrics that ensures financial performance, e.g., profitability of different programs or parts.
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • As allowed by applicable law, perform late night, weekend, or holiday coverage due to month, quarter, and year-end requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of corporate financial or accounting experience.
  • Ability to present complex analysis with clarity and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes related to the business; knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal controls.
  • Strong systems knowledge such as Oracle, ERP Systems, and Business Objects.
  • Solid background and experience in P&L management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal communication and coordination with various departments.
  • High level of attention to detail when preparing results and reports.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate peers towards common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically, as well as tactically.

Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and advanced Excel within Microsoft Office is required.

Schedule

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required in-office days at the Panorama Office site; Monday and Friday work from home.

Pay

Annual hiring range: $102,900.00 - $143,000.00. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
