About the role

You are the guardian of BLASE’s financial health and formal agreements. In this role, you manage the organization’s cash flow, draft essential legal documents, and provide the analytical insights needed to make big decisions. You will work at the core of the board, collaborating closely with Corporate Relations to ensure every partnership is processed correctly and every euro is accounted for.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget before the start of the academic year, estimating all expected revenues and expenses.
• Analyze the budget to determine whether funds are available for potential investments or team-building activities.
• Draft contracts and invoices for the association’s partners throughout the year.
• Monitor and follow up on partner payments to ensure timely settlements.
• Track and manage the association’s cash flow to support effective financial planning.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail when handling financial documents and contracts.
• Ability to make objective financial decisions and confidently say no when certain expenses are not financially feasible.
• Teamwork skills, as the role requires close collaboration with the Corporate Relations team and other board members.
• An analytical mindset to interpret budgets and other financial figures.
