Finance Intern

Main Position Responsibilities

• Primary data entry for Company Manufacturing Reporting and other financial data.
• Report on daily manufacturing Key Performance Indicators for the plant management team.
• Prepare consolidated production reports and distribute daily.
• Provide support to operations relating to financial management and spending controls.
• Prepare Journal Entries for Raw materials, energy usage, and other operations costs.
• Prepare month end closing financial statements.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly administration.
• Review and code of purchase transactions.
• Administer corporate accounting and financial policies.

Employee Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and be detailed oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft office including excel formulas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.

Pay

$21/hr - $28/hr - based on experience.
