Finance Intern

Duties

• Directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects related to expense report auditing, account reconciliation and customer pricing errors.
• Aid with month-end financial reports.
• Assist with monthly operational reports.
• Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation.
• Aid with audits.
• Balance sheet reconciliation.
• Assist the payment processing team.
• Data entry.
• Credit checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
• Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
