Duties
- Directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects related to expense report auditing, account reconciliation and customer pricing errors.
- Absorb other duties such as:
- Aid in month-end financial reports
- Contribute to monthly operational reports
- Support accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Participate in audits of balance sheets
- Support the payment processing team
- Enter data
- Perform credit checks
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
