Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage and provide support for all F&I-related software programs to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and maintain the F&I compliance program across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I Department as needed.
- Collaborate with lender partners and the Business Manager team to resolve aged title and chargeback issues in a timely manner.
- Coincide necessary setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems access, and coordinating training as directed.
- Prepare, update, and maintain various operational documents and reports.
- Aid in the creation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Provide support for boat shows, sales events, off-site promotions, and other events as needed.

- Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for the F&I Department, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service.
- Foster positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, helping to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
