Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage and provide support for all F&I-related software programs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and maintain the F&I compliance program across all retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I Department as needed.
  • Collaborate with lender partners and the Business Manager team to resolve aged title and chargeback issues in a timely manner.
  • Coincide necessary setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, setting up systems access, and coordinating training as directed.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain various operational documents and reports.
  • Aid in the creation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Provide support for boat shows, sales events, off-site promotions, and other events as needed.

  • Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for the F&I Department, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service.
  • Foster positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, helping to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all F&I operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support the F&I department's operations and resolve any issues efficiently.
