Finance Expert - AI Training & Evaluation | US, Canada & Europe

Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced finance professionals for a short-term AI training and evaluation project. We're looking for professionals with strong real-world finance expertise to develop challenging finance tasks, evaluate AI-generated work, and establish clear criteria for high-quality responses.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated finance-related prompts and tasks grounded in real-world professional work.
• Test and evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and professional quality.
• Develop clear evaluation rubrics and scoring criteria, identifying meaningful errors and gaps.
• Research and provide reliable supporting sources or reference materials as needed.
• Refine your work based on testing, feedback, and project guidelines.

Specific methodologies, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.

Requirements

• Experience in areas such as investment banking, private equity, investment research, asset management, financial modeling and valuation, corporate finance/FP&A, accounting, or related analytical fields.
• Solid financial expertise, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Prior AI training or evaluation experience is helpful, but not required.

Project Details

Rate: $150/hour

Start Date: Immediately

Availability: Ideally 40 hours per week for two weeks; minimum 20 hours per week

Selected candidates will complete project-specific onboarding and training before beginning work.
