WHAT YOU'LL DO- Write challenging finance problems (valuation, deal structuring, accounting, markets) that a capable non-specialist would get wrong- Write the gold-standard answer, with its reasoning- Build a grading rubric that shows what a strong answer must includeYour work teaches AI models to reason the way an experienced finance professional does. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Substantial hands-on experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, asset management, corporate finance, accounting or quantitative finance- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation and the judgment behind them- Clear, precise written English- Credentials such as the CFA or CPA, or an advanced degree in finance or economics, are a plus HOW IT WORKS1.
