Finance Expert - AI Training & Evaluation | Global
Rise Data Labs is seeking experienced finance professionals for a short-term AI training and evaluation project. We're looking for professionals with strong real-world finance expertise who can apply their knowledge and judgment to develop challenging finance tasks, evaluate AI-generated work, and establish clear criteria for high-quality responses.
About the role
You'll use your finance expertise to help evaluate and improve advanced AI systems on complex, realistic financial work.
Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated finance-related prompts and tasks grounded in real-world professional work.
- Test and evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and professional quality.
- Develop clear evaluation rubrics and scoring criteria, identifying meaningful errors and gaps.
- Research and provide reliable supporting sources or reference materials as needed.
- Refine your work based on testing, feedback, and project guidelines.
Specific methodologies, tools, and training will be provided to selected experts.
Requirements
We're looking for finance professionals with experience in areas such as:
- Investment banking
- Private equity
- Investment research
- Asset management
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Corporate finance/FP&A
- Accounting
- Related analytical fields
Strong candidates bring solid financial expertise, analytical judgment, and attention to detail. Prior AI training or evaluation experience is helpful, but not required.
Project Details
Rate: $150/hour
Start Date: Immediately
Availability: Ideally 40 hours per week for two weeks; minimum 20 hours per week
Selected candidates will complete project-specific onboarding and training before beginning work.
