Finance & Delivery Specialist

What You Will Do

• Customer Experience
• Walk customers through final delivery documents in a clear and friendly manner
• Answer customer questions and ensure they feel comfortable during the delivery process
• Provide updates to customers regarding deal status and next steps
• Delivery and Finance Support
• Prepare delivery paperwork and review deal files for accuracy
• Cook up coordination between the sales and finance departments
• Verify payoffs, insurance information, and required signatures
• Help secure required documents from customers such as titles, lien releases, insurance information, and other deal related documentation
• Support finance managers with deal setup, scanning, and administrative tasks
• Aid with cancellations, chargebacks, and document corrections
• Dealership Operations
• Manage the reception desk and assist with guest check-in when needed
• Fill in for the main receptionist as required
• Maintain organized deal files and a clean work area
• Help with contract and title tracking to support timely funding

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational habits
• Friendly and professional personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced dealership environment
• Experience with CDK, VinSolutions, or similar systems preferred but not required
• Previous dealership, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus
• Professional appearance, reliability, and strong work ethic
