Finance & Data Operations Specialist (Education and Workforce)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with members of the Education and Workforce (EDW) team, the Finance & Data Operations Specialist’s focus is ensuring all financial transactions—like credit card charges, receipts, vendor invoices, and payments—are processed accurately and on time. They will be a key member in keeping our program’s finances and participant data are in compliance based off funder requirements; by maintaining complete documentation, entering and deciphering data, reconciling accounts, and partnering with both internal teams and external vendors to sort out any issues that come up.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing financial transactions and managing data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of financial software and systems
• Understanding of funder requirements and compliance standards

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
