Responsibilities

• Aid customers throughout the finance and vehicle purchasing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Identify customer needs and present financing solutions that meet their goals.
• Effectively handle customer questions, concerns, and requests.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to help achieve sales and finance objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
• Demonstrate resilience and the ability to recover quickly from challenges and setbacks.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferably within the automotive industry.
• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
