About the role

Reporting directly to Senior Director, Business Finance Warehousing & Logistics, this role will be responsible for customers within three major Iron Mountain’s hubs in Windgap, Dallas and LA. This role will act as a trusted finance partner for key operational and commercial stakeholders internally and externally, providing financial insights and analysis that ensure financial commitments are delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Finance lead coordinating weekly performance reviews, forecasting and budgeting for closed and open book contracts.
  • Track and manage contract profitability, providing insight on key drivers and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key financial advisor to operational and commercial leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance.
  • Align short, medium and long term financial insights and risk assessments.
  • Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials.
  • Part of the team leading on customer MBRs and QBRs.

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within the logistics, distribution, or supply chain sector is essential.
  • Significant experience managing financial performance for commercial contracts.
  • Demonstrable experience working with and influencing non-financial stakeholders at a senior level.
