About the role
The Finance Business Partner will support both Plasma teams—Heavy Industrial Business (HIB) and Light Industrial Business (LIB)—by partnering closely with the HIB and LIB General Managers (GMs).
Responsibilities
- Partner with HIB and LIB GMs to deliver on annual operating commitments and shape long-term strategic direction.
- Co-own business performance with GMs, driving alignment between strategy, execution, and financial outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate sound, data-driven decision-making in areas including capital investments, technology roadmaps, business strategy, and long-range and annual planning processes.
- Bring both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to the role.
- Influence outcomes, partner across functions, and translate financial insights into actionable business decisions.
- Guide priorities, enhance performance, and position the business for sustained success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Finance within a large manufacturing environment; additional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Finance, Business Development, or Strategy is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with sharp strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, confident, and impactful messages across written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Prioritize building relationships and influencing effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated track record of driving decisions through data-driven insights, sound analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Preferred Experience
- CPA or CMAMBA or master’s
- Skills with Oracle Planning tools such as Oracle EPM, Hyperion, EssbaseOracle ERPMatrix reporting environment
- Knowledge of the industrial equipment industryBI tools (Power BI)
