About the role
The Finance Business Analyst / Finance Project Manager will handle various business analytics, finance, and systems functions, including financial planning & analysis, KPI reporting, client billing reports, market analytics, revenue analysis and forecasting, and financial modeling. The role also involves system enhancement and implementation, data mining projects, and preparing and analyzing executive presentation templates. Collaboration with various departments and personnel is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial planning & analysis
- Prepare and maintain KPI reporting
- Create client billing reports
- Conduct market analytics and revenue analysis
- Develop financial forecasts and models
- Participate in system enhancement and implementation projects
- Lead data mining initiatives
- Prepare and analyze executive presentation templates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, market/business analytics, and systems
- Professional services industry experience (e.g., legal/law firm, public accounting, consulting firm)
- Strong background in data management and financial modeling tools
- Proficiency in SQL
- Knowledge of 3E and law firm business practices (a plus)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Pay
$60–70 per hour.
